Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, altered, or customized.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was delivered. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

 

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
